01. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, billing details), usage data from our platform (API calls, digest reads, pipeline interactions), and technical data (IP addresses, browser type, session tokens).
Data sourced through our intelligence pipelines (FL1 digest, Pscrape) is collected from publicly available sources and processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
02. How We Use Information
- — Delivering and improving Klymo AI services and intelligence outputs
- — Sending daily digests, platform updates, and service communications
- — Billing and account management
- — Security monitoring and fraud prevention
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train public AI models.
03. Data Sovereignty
Client data is processed within isolated, sovereign infrastructure. No client data is shared across tenants or processed in shared environments. Enterprise deployments can be configured for on-premise or dedicated VPC operation.
Intelligence outputs generated by Klymo AI systems remain within your organisation's data boundary.
05. Data Retention
We retain client data for the duration of the service agreement plus 12 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed in writing. Upon request, data can be deleted within 30 days of contract termination.
06. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request data portability or restriction of processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@klymo.net.
07. Security
We implement enterprise-grade security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
