01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Klymo AI service, platform, or product — including the FL1 intelligence digest, Pscrape engine, and any API or dashboard — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These terms apply to all clients, users, and organisations accessing Klymo AI infrastructure.
02. Services
Klymo AI provides venture intelligence infrastructure including but not limited to: automated data pipelines, daily intelligence digests, GPT-powered fit scoring, web scraping infrastructure, CRM integrations, and custom AI agent deployments.
Service scope, deliverables, and SLAs are defined per engagement and may be amended by written agreement between Klymo AI and the client.
03. Access & Acceptable Use
Access to Klymo AI systems is granted on a per-client basis. You agree not to reverse-engineer, sublicense, resell, or redistribute any part of the Klymo AI platform without explicit written consent.
- — No automated scraping of our dashboards or APIs beyond agreed usage
- — No sharing of credentials or access tokens with third parties
- — No use of Klymo AI outputs for purposes contrary to applicable law
04. Data & Intellectual Property
All custom models, scrapers, pipelines, and infrastructure built by Klymo AI remain the intellectual property of Klymo AI unless explicitly transferred by written agreement. Client data remains the property of the client.
Klymo AI does not use client data to train public models. All processing occurs within sovereign, isolated infrastructure.
05. Payment Terms
Fees are billed monthly or as per agreed project milestones. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
06. Limitation of Liability
Klymo AI's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.
Intelligence outputs are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute financial or investment advice.
07. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Klymo AI reserves the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.
08. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. Klymo AI reserves the right to update these terms with 30 days notice to active clients.
